Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email, WhatsApp number, country), your bootcamp enrolments and payment records, the answers and evidence you submit inside missions, and basic technical data such as device type and pages visited.

To create your account, unlock the bootcamp you paid for, personalise your income plan and coach guidance, run your support circle and mentor sessions, send session reminders and receipts, and improve the learning content.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — we only keep the reference, amount and status of your order. Bank deposits are matched using the reference you use when paying.

We share information only with the services that make the platform work (hosting, database, email delivery and payments), or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Anything you post in your support circle is visible to the other members of that circle. If you create a shareable business profile, anyone with that link can view it — you can stop sharing at any time.

We keep your account and learning records while your account is open, and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute reasons after that.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@accolage.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
